Painting for over 40 years, Goettsche's work has been in numerous exhibitions and shows through out the Houston area.
Her art is a reflection of her love of life and all that it offers. She uses a variety of different styles and
mediums to show
the beauty of simplicity in life. As at home with charcoal as she is with oil on canvas, she creates a world that is rich in color and detail.
Describing her work, Goettsche says, "I find the colors and textures of everything fascinating, beautiful and perfect.
I try to bring the mechanics of my work together through memories --
what, is in my heart and life, reflected in the colors and subjects I choose to paint."
