Drawing and working with mixed media has been his hobby for many years.

LADIES OF THE NIGHT In the late 1940’s and early 50’s there were brothels in Galveston, Kemah, Richmond and
Sealy. I attended an all boys high school from 50 to 55 and myself and friends were
visitors to these establishments on several occasions. We were nervous, excited and
wanted to be accepted and so we overdressed. One member of our group found this
humorous and teased us about it. On one occasion, after a prom, we went in our tuxedos.
These pictures attempt to capture the feeling of this experience. Needless to say, we were
badly overmatched.
