Emily Rose Hall, the designer and owner of emilee rose, takes inspiration for her collection from her own childhood and from vintage children books. She dreams of a simpler time when kids enjoyed the simple things in life--like watching pinwheels twirl and playing jacks outside. each doll, card, and invitation begin as a hand drawn illustration.
Most images are then painted with gouache, a more opaque form of watercolor, while some of the images are digitally colored. All products are printed in house and are packaged carefully and with love by Emily.
